That was me, back in 2017. After the birth of my third [and may I say gorgeous] child, I suffered a uterine prolapse due to a lack of core and pelvic floor rehabilitation program. The help I received from the hospital was nothing. Just a pamphlet on the pelvic floor and what you should be doing. I identified the need for rehabilitation in the market, took matters into my own hands and developed a core and pelvic floor exercise guide which is not just specific to women postpartum, it can be used by anyone.
Health and fitness is my bread and butter. I fell in love with Osteopathy because it treated muscles and bones whilst introducing rehabilitating exercises. Over the past 10 years, Osteopathy has become my passion and obsession.
In my experience as a Clinical Pilates Instructor, pilates can provide hugely positive results - whether it’s fitness training, kegels, postpartum or postnatal rehabilitation, or pelvic floor strengthening.
